New York State is home to an exciting variety of several hundred dynamic and growing publicly-traded businesses. Importantly, there are many hundreds of companies with less brand recognition that are unintentionally hidden from investors’ view, but with excellent investment potential if better understood.

The New York State Investors Conference 2008 is a unique event that creatively provides an efficient forum to broaden the financial community’s awareness of the public companies in our state. Several of New York’s finest companies and their management teams will be showcased for investors and have the opportunity to present their performance capabilities and outlook.

The conference will be held on April 28th at the State Room.

This year’s conference will feature over 50 public companies and 24 private companies. Included on Tuesday, June 19 will be lunch with keynote speaker NYS Majority Leader Joseph Bruno and on the evening of June 19 there will be a wine reception with the wine provided by Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ). We expect over 300 investors from the financial community throughout the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions to include those that manage the state pension funds.
